Terms of Use

Collapse is an Android game provided by Techlebi. By downloading, accessing, or using Collapse, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the game.

1. The game

Collapse is a prediction puzzle game with Daily Challenge, Survival, and Time Race modes. Core gameplay is designed to work offline. Leaderboards and related profile features are optional and require an internet connection.

Features, challenges, scoring, availability, and supported devices may change as the game develops.

2. Licence

Techlebi grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Collapse for lawful, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms.

You may not:

• copy, sell, sublicense, or redistribute the game except where applicable law permits;
• circumvent security, access controls, or technical restrictions;
• use reverse engineering, automation, or modified clients to manipulate online features or harm the service;
• interfere with the game, its infrastructure, or another player's use; or
• use Collapse in violation of applicable law.

Nothing in this section restricts rights that cannot legally be restricted, including mandatory rights under applicable law.

3. Leaderboards and public nicknames

Joining a leaderboard creates an anonymous Firebase player identity. Your nickname, nickname code, rank, and submitted score are public. Do not include personal information unless you want it to be public.

Nicknames must not be unlawful, deceptive, offensive, threatening, harassing, discriminatory, sexually explicit, or infringe another person's rights. Nickname changes may be limited by a cooldown.

We may reject, rename, hide, or remove profiles, nicknames, or scores that violate these Terms or reasonably appear invalid or abusive.

4. Fair play

You must not:

• submit fabricated or manipulated scores;
• automate requests or generate excessive traffic;
• exploit bugs to gain an unfair leaderboard position;
• bypass App Check, rate limits, validation, or other security controls; or
• attempt to disrupt or degrade online features.

Suspicious submissions may be rejected, deduplicated, rate-limited, or removed. Access to online features may be restricted when reasonably necessary to protect the game or other players.

5. Availability and score preservation

Offline gameplay may remain available without a connection, but online features depend on internet access, Google Firebase, device integrity checks, and other third-party infrastructure. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, permanent preservation of any score, or compatibility with every device or modified operating system.

6. Privacy and data controls

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is processed. The in-app Data & Privacy screen lets you reset local progress, export indexed profile and leaderboard data, and delete your anonymous account and indexed cloud data.

7. Intellectual property

Collapse—including its software, visual design, branding, graphics, sounds, text, puzzles, and original game content—is owned by Techlebi or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you.

8. Third-party services

Online features use services provided by Google Firebase and Google Play. Your use of those services may also be subject to the applicable provider terms. Techlebi is not responsible for third-party outages or changes outside its reasonable control.

9. Disclaimers

Collapse is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise that the game will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or compatible with every device. Nothing in these Terms affects mandatory consumer guarantees that apply to you.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Techlebi is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, Collapse. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

11. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Collapse at any time and can delete your anonymous account through the game. We may restrict or terminate access to online features when reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or enforcement of these Terms.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when the game, services, or legal requirements change. We will update the effective date when material changes are published. Where required, we will provide additional notice or request renewed acceptance.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without limiting mandatory consumer protections or statutory rights available in your country of residence.
